Natalia Silva and Wang Cong Weigh In for Vacant UFC Flyweight Title at UFC 332

A title fight years in the making
Fighters made weight Friday in Salt Lake City ahead of UFC 332, headlined by Natalia Silva and Wang Cong meeting for the vacant UFC women's flyweight title. The belt was vacated by Valentina Shevchenko due to injury, meaning Saturday's winner becomes just the fourth women's flyweight champion in UFC history, following Nicco Montano, two separate reigns from Shevchenko, and Alexa Grasso's interim title run.
Silva enters unbeaten inside the UFC at 8-0, part of a 14-fight winning streak that stretches back through her career. Wang brings her own momentum, a four-fight win streak that includes victories in five of her last six UFC appearances.
A tense co-main build-up
The co-main event carries its own storyline. Former two-time flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo, who has gone 1-4 in his last five fights, meets Payton Talbott, with tension already spilling over before the opening bell. At Thursday's press-conference faceoff, Talbott shoved Figueiredo away, an early preview of the intensity expected when the two actually meet in the cage.
A notable debut
The main card also features the UFC debut of Roberto "Robocop" Soldić, who arrives with a 21-win, 18-knockout record built across KSW and ONE Championship. He faces fellow finisher Khaos Williams, who has 8 knockouts among his 16 career wins, setting up a striking matchup with finish potential written all over it.
Rest of the card
Elsewhere on the main card, King Green faces Esteban Ribovics at lightweight and Ateba Gautier meets Roman Kopylov at middleweight. The preliminary card includes a notable veteran matchup between Rafael dos Anjos and Alexander Hernandez, plus Marvin Vettori against Ismail Naurdiev, rounding out a card built around one vacant title and several fighters looking to make a statement.
