What this site is
Trend & Truth is a companion site to our Instagram and Facebook accounts, publishing short-form recaps of breaking stories. It's an independent, one-person operation, not a newsroom with editorial staff or fact-checking resources beyond what's described on our About page.
No warranty on accuracy
We do our best to verify what we post before it goes up, and to correct anything that turns out wrong. Even so, breaking news changes fast, and we can't guarantee that every detail on this site is complete or error-free at every moment. Don't rely on this site as your only source for anything important.
Content and ownership
The Trend & Truth name, logo, and original recap text are ours. Video clips featured in our reels may originate from third parties; where that's the case, we use them for the purpose of news reporting and commentary. If you believe something we've posted infringes your rights, contact us at trendandtruth2083@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Tips you send us
If you submit a tip, you're giving us permission to review it and, if it checks out, to report on it. We won't publish your identity as a source without asking you first.
